Residue to be divided "share and share alike male and female." Executors: Wife Agness, Sons, Andrew and John McKillip. Witnesses: James Halbrook, Jurat, Thomas Whicker, and John Linvill.     The original will includes an addendum dated 7 May 1802 mentioning a son John; his recent purchase of a colt "with his own money" is willed not to diminish his share in the estate; the addendum is noted to be unproven.

    On this date her husband, Hugh McKillip, signs a quitclaim against her share of her late father's estate; she does not sign it and was therefore deceased

    Notes:

    Hugh McKillip may have been the father of as many as 17 children; those shown here may belong to either wife; but it is likely, because Andrew and John were named executors, that Andrew was the eldest son of Ms. Hanna while John was the eldest son of Agnes (5 Mar 2018)

    Birth order of children uncertain; it can only be speculated which children were of each wife.
