The two available census records agree as to the birth year, giving 1843. The headstone transcription on Find A Grave gives a birth year of 1851 based on her date of death and the age given on the stone ("22y 11m 15d"). Marriage license for her and Conrad Weckman gives her age over 18 years in May 1864--it is extremely unlikely she could have been only 13 at the time. We conclude the age transcription on Find A Grave is simply one decade short.
