Untereiner filius defuncti Joannis Mathiæ Untereiner
et Annæ Magdalenæ Schwartz conjugûm ex Weckers=
weiller ætatis suæ viginti quatuor annorum circiter
prius tamen munitus Sacramentis poenitentiæ et
extremæ unctionis vigesimo secundo ejusdem mensis
sepultus fuit in cæmeterio de Weckersweiller ita
testantur mecum infrascripto pastore Georgius Jacobus

subscripserunt

"Year 1748, twentieth December, hour eleven and
a half PM, died in the Lord Johannes
Untereiner, son legitimately of the late Johannes Mathias Untereiner
and Anne Madeline Schwartz, married, of Veckers-
viller. Aged around twenty-four years.
He first had fortification by the Sacraments of penitence and
extreme unction. Twenty-second of the same month,
he was buried in the cemetery of Veckersviller, it is
sworn before me, the pastor who signed this, with Georg Jacob
Pfeiffer, Jacob Untereiner and Johannes Pfeiffer, who
all signed below"
