dudit lieu qui a declaré ne scavoir escrire.

"This date the 27th January 1709 was baptized by the undersigned Anne Christienne, born today,
daughter legitimately of Pier Pfieffer and of Catharine Schirmann, the father and mother married and residing
in Veckersviller; with them were, for godfather Pier Pieret a young male student from
Phalsbourg who signed himself, and for godmother Anne Christienne Bürger, middle class woman
of this place who made the declaration but cannot write."
