- This is easily the most ridiculous will we have ever encountered. Apart from the absurdity of willing people to one another, there is the aspect of attempting to force the living to make purchases at the behest of the dead, not to mention enshrining a welshing on debt. The punchline is that under the legal conditions of the time, Elizabeth did not own any of the people, who were already willed by her late husband. We believe that since her estate and her husband's are kept in the same packet that this will was contested and ultimately discarded.
