François Perrola b.and bap. 3 Mar 1698 in Magland, son of Andre Perrola and George Perrola. Louis Perrolaz b. and bap. 7 May 1698 in Magland, son of Jacque Perrolaz and Michere Perret. Searched Magland registry, 1699, 1701-1703; no other good possibilities found (1700 is missing, as are records after 1703 till 1711). The last is possibly the correct record, resulting in an age that matches the death record and a high likelihood of the consanguinity noted on the marriage record of Marin Joseph Perrollaz with Anne Marie Arbley. The consanguinity can be investigated across all three of these baptisms, though gaps in the Magland registries may make it impossible to confirm. Regarding the first baptism listed, no other children found for this couple in Magland registries, 1683-1699; no marriage found 1683-1689 (marriages missing for 1690 and later). Regarding the last baptism listed, other children of the couple: None found in 1680.   	There are several potential death/burial records in the Magland register for Louis François Perrolaz. None refer to him by his full name. However, marriage records for his children do refer to him by his full name, and two of them bracket his death by only a year, the later referring to him as "feu" or "late."

  Notes	Probably married in Magland, but some relevant years of the parish registry are missing. Birth order in regards to Jeanne is speculative, based on the gap between Claude M and M Joseph, which is primarily due to missing parts of the registry, and also that women most often married in their early-to-mid twenties. Magland parish records are missing, 1738-1744 and summer of 1745. See Marin Joseph Perrollaz for a list of neighboring parishes searched, and in which no members of this family were found. (7 Jan 2023) Magland register includes a marriage of Jean François, son of François Perrolaz with Maurizaz, dau. Jean Claude Perret, on 3 Aug 1764. (5 Feb 2023) The couple appear as godparents at the baptism of Marie Catherine Provence, daughter of Joseph Provence and Marie Catherine Cordier, 15 Jul 1752 (Magland Registry).
