John Talcott and Capt. John Allyn, overseers; lastly the will states that whereas my husband Samuel Stone willed that my son Samuel Stone should, after my decease, possess all my lands (!) if he will pay my legatees the value of such lands, "I willingly submit thereto" and direct my son Samuel Stone, if he would possess the lands, to pay my legatees the full value
