  	To son Jonathan Gardner: my dwelling house and two thirds of its land, land at Ipswich River, my fishing ketch and equipment, a house and items at Winter Island "for ye caryinge on ye ffishing trade"; to son Abel Gardner: orchard and certain lands totaling over 100 acres; to daughter Hannah Gardner: all household goods, one sixth of the land at my dwelling house, and if the total value is less than £300 I bequeath money to make up the difference; to Margaret the daughter of Deliverance Parkman and my daughter Margaret: three acres of land at her marriage or at age 18, the land reverting to my executors equally should Margaret not survive; to my executors: my quarter share of the corn mill, whose income is reserved for the upbringing of my grandchildren Joseph Henfield and Mary Henfield till they reach age 14, after which if my daughter Mary "be Returned into this Country" she shall have half the quarter share of the mill during her life and after her death the eighth share to Joseph and Mary Henfield; to son Abel Gardner: the other half of my fourth share in the corn mill and the remaining sixth of my household land; to sister Elizabeth Gardner: six sheep; to cousin (niece) Priscilla Arthur: six sheep; sons Jonathan Gardner and Abel Gardner who are not of age, until which time kinsman Samuel Gardner is executor
