    Wife, Agness, 1/3 of all estate, including 100 acres in Guilford County. 200 acres in Stokes County to be sold, the proceeds into the estate; if such sale is not advisable, the land to be worked and a third of the proceeds to Agness, the rest into the estate till a sale can be made. Daughter Hanna, "one Spanish milled dollar." Heirs of daughter, Elizabeth (late wife of Michael Fare), one dollar. Heirs of daughter, Mary (late wife of David Gammel), one dollar. Residue to be divided "share and share alike male and female."

    Executors: Wife Agness, Sons, Andrew and John McKillip.

    Witnesses: James Halbrook, Jurat, Thomas Whicker, and John Linvill.

    • The original will includes an addendum dated 7 May 1802 mentioning a son John; his recent purchase of a colt "with his own money" is willed not to diminish his share in the estate; the addendum is noted to be unproven.
