    at Anteuil, age of nineteen years, farmer, son of the late Pierre
    Joseph Lab, deceased the eighteenth of April, third year [of the French Republic], year one thousand eight hundred
    seven, and of Anne Louise d'Hodivers, his father and mother, the father deceased,
    which is verified in the certificates of death. And of Claude Françoise
    Morfaux, daughter of Joseph Morfaux and of Anne Marie Trinxille(?) her father

    "They asked us to proceed with the celebration of marriage
    professed at nine and had made the publication posted at the
    principle door of our town hall, firstly on
    the tenth of the month of February one thousand eight hundred sixteen at eighth hour of
    morning, and secondly the seventeenth of the same month it was made public at the ...
