the morning before me, Jean Claude Perrey mayor, officer of the civil state of the
commune of Anteuil, canton of Clerval, department of Doubs, came before us Pierre
Étienne Lab, aged twenty-eight years, farmer, living in Anteuil, told us of
and presented an infant of the male sex, born this day at the third hour of the morning,
of the same declarer and [born] of Françoise Morfaux, his spouse, and also he declares he has
given the forename of Louis. This declaration and presentation occurs in the presence of
Jean Claude Verquory age of twenty-seven years and of Jean Nicolas Tougeot age of thirty-
nine years, the two farmers living in Anteuil and that the father and witnesses signed
with me this birth certificate that is read, issued, and filed." |

professed at nine and had made the publication posted at the
principle door of our town hall, firstly on
the tenth of the month of February one thousand eight hundred sixteen at eighth hour of
morning, and secondly the seventeenth of the same month it was made public at the ...
