Today the twenty ninth of January year
one thousand seven hundred eighty before me, the under-
signed, was baptized Francis Joseph
son of Jacob Lauback the citizen day laborer and
Salome Chor who are married in this parish
where they live, born the previous day of the same month
and year. The Godfather was George Moeling the son of the unmarried
Francis Moeling, who lives in a nearby mill.
the Godmother was Mary Catherine Zorn, daughter of the unmarried
Joannes Peter Zorn, schoolmaster in this place.
The father was present, but he needed me to write for him,
everyone signed below, except as already noted.
