Item 1st I give my body to the dust to be buried in such a manner as may suit my Executor and my soul to almighty God. Item 2nd I give and bequeath to my wife Frances all my property both real and personal to her oun use benefit and behalf forever in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this the 12th day of August 1868. I hereby appoint my beloved wife Frances Hester Executor to this my last Will and Testament. In presence of his M. S. Cobb Elijah x Hester P. W. Hester mark J. R. Brooke J.P.
