    In a codicil to the will of 10 Sep 1814, Richard Hunt makes provisions regarding a loan from his son David Hunt to his son Thomas Hunt, who has died; David is bequeathed an amount of land that he is instructed to sell, the proceeds being used to repay the loan with interest and provide additional money to be held in trust for Thomas's children
