    • Most probate records of Cobb Co., Georgia do not exist prior to 1865 due to the Civil War; the few remaining are not available except perhaps in Cobb County
      Probate records of Cherokee Co., Alabama do not exist prior to 1882 due to a courthouse fire
      A few Hills are mentioned in Morgan Co., Alabama probate records 1820-1880, but no mention of Richard or Robert as heirs (21 Oct 2017)
