Searched Castor Twp., Stoddard Co., MO federal census for 1860, did not find any Donaldson, Donison, Denison etc. Read the 1860 Div. 1, Cherokee Co., Alabama federal census, a couple Donalsons--close but no cigar! Read the 1860 federal census for District 1, Cherokee Co, Alabama (NOT the same as "Division 1"); nothing remotely likely Most likely seeming 1860 census match is to G W Donalson in Gwinnett Co., Georgia, son of H W and Lucy Donalson, with seven siblings; however all children of H W (Hezekiah) are accounted for Searched Stoddard Co. Probate Settlement Records v 6 through page 74, DNF Most Stoddard Co., Missouri probate books were not indexed and would have to be searched page by page; little of genealogical use is likely to be learned (19 Oct 2017)
