On this date she sold land belonging to her late husband's estate, along with sons Andrew and John; the sale raised $300; the parcel's size is not given in the deed but it is said to be "on the Waters of Blues Creek" and adjacent to James Holbrook, Solomon Warren, and Wm. Knotts (but not to Guilford County); thus it is likely the other half of the 200 acre parcel purchased in 1784, the first half, that adjacent to Guilford County, having been sold to Solomon Warren about six months prior
