  	ROCHESTER (INDIANA) STANDARD - Thursday, December 31, 1868 DIED. In Huntington, Ind., on the 26th inst., from injury of the spine, Mr. ASBERRY W. SHAFFER. Aged 38 years. Mr. Shaffer was a son of Rev. JACOB SHAFFER, of Pleasant Grove, and brother of the lamented N. G. SHAFFER, and was well known in the western part of this county. He leaves a wife and several children to mourn their loss of a kind husband and father. His remains were interred in the Pleasant Grove cemetery.
